Building Surveyor, 6 Month Contract, North London

Salary: £360 per day

TSA Surveying is currently looking for a Building Surveyor to work within the education sector on either a part time or full time contract basis.

Our client is a Building Consultancy who specifically focus on, and have a strong heritage in supporting Multi Academy Trusts and Academy Trusts deliver key strategic building projects to their estates.

This largely focuses around condition improvement and refurbishment work, and constitutes delivering projects of upto £750k in value.

We are supporting them by identifying a freelance MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor in the North London area to assist in delivering these schemes with duties being around client meetings, contractor pre start meetings, ongoing site inspections, contract administration, snagging and final accounts.

This is a flexible role in terms of days and can be negotiated on a case by case basis.

Typical rates £360 per day payable gross to a Ltd company or Sole trader. This role is outside IR35
