Monday – Thursday – 8:30am – 5:00pm & Friday – 8:30am – 3:15pm
 
My Coventry based client are looking for a Product Administrator to join the team. You will be supporting existing clients within the aviation and automotive industry on all product/ service enquiries. This will involve providing quotations, dispatch product and general service support.
Job Description

• Spares and service quotation generation
• Spares dispatch (Import/ Export)
• Raising invoices
• Creating work orders
• Raising and purchasing tracking
• Service and small order equipment hire and tracking
• Keep up to date with production and engineering activities on Spares/service works to ensure timescales are met as advised & keep customers in the loop
• Service report date monitoring for efficient delivery of reports

 
Skills

• Has experience using a MRP system for quotation and stock usage
• Experience in customer relationships
• Experience in dispatching and/or import/export
• IT proficient in all Microsoft programs and emailing systems.
