Salary: £26,000 – £28,080 per year
Change Recruitment Group have an immediate position for a Facilities Supervisor in Edinburgh. This will be for an initial period of 12 weeks with the opportunity to become an permanent after successful completion of the first 12 weeks.
You will be responsible for:
-The day to day running of the maintenance department.
-Supervision of the maintenance team and contractors.
-Ensuring health and safety legislation is adhered to
-Ensuring the building is maintained to the highest possible standard.
Requirements:
-Previous experience working in a maintenance environment.
-Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, utilities, gas and fabric
