Part Time Receptionist – Doncaster – 2 Days/Week
£15-£17k pro rata

Mentor Recruitment have a requirement for one of their clients who require a professional receptionist to undertake a job share due to a request for flexible working hours for a long standing employee and are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to work Thursdays and Fridays within this large, corporate organisation based in Doncaster.
Principal Accountabilities:

Welcome visitor and customers to site in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring all visitors including employees adhere to site rules and regulations.
To operate the `Smile` switchboard and answer all calls to reception, providing a helpful and efficient service.
Deal with visitors` needs and ensure all transport arrangements to and from Reception are correct and timely. Make sure any changes are communicated to all parties concerned.
Liaise closely with site security, making sure all requirements are met including notifying security of visitors on a daily basis, ensuring visitors are issued with a security badge and site rules, and that all visitors can be found in the event of an emergency.
Ensure the reception and waiting area are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Manage the post and deliveries ensuring costs are kept within budget and that the service remains cost effective.
Cover for the other receptionist in times of absence, which would require some week working.
Assist with travel and accommodation bookings for the IT department when required
Knowledge, skill and experience required:

Some experience of working in a busy reception area and familiar with switchboard equipment
Proficient in the use of MS Office software
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
Attention to detail and customer focused
Flexible and able to cover full time during periods of absence
Self-motivated with excellent time keeping skills
