The Client & Role | Who Are They?

Are you a PM or Project Engineer with little to do?

Are you concerned about the flow of business and new projects what and this means to you?

Do you have experience in delivering projects as an OEM?

If so, this role might be for you. As an OEM of engineered equipment, this business has a full order booked for the next year and are therefore wanting to recruit 2 Project Managers to support with the delivery of cradle to grave projects.

Doing all the usual stuff an experienced Project Manager or Project Engineer might do, the key to successful execution will be in your ability to develop relationships and influence the various functional teams to ensure OTIF delivery.

The Candidate | What Are We Looking For?

Working with a talented team of engineers, you must be the customer advocate, ensuring that the contractual requirements are delivered by leveraging teams that may have competing agenda, so its fair to say your communication and powers of persuasion will be the difference.

As with all capital projects, there may be times where there is scope creep from the customer so you must also be confident to negotiate the changes in a commercially sensible way.

If you’re looking for a role that will keep you busy, allow you to drive change and clearly see the impact of your skill set we would like to hear from you. This role will offer some hybrid working opportunity, but you must be able to attend site weekly, there is also likely to be some customer visits so you must be prepared to undertake some travel from time to time.
