We are looking for a well organised Sales Co-ordinator, offering support to their colleagues in all areas of the business. They will be the point of reference for colleagues and customers.
Offering after sales support, order processing accurately and to deadlines. Keeping customers informed as to the progress of their order especially in times of delay.
Communicating with customers via phone, e.mail and web thus enhancing their service experience. Ensuring they are put in touch with the correct department to meet their needs. Accurately able to record details of conversation, keeping system up to date with developments and concluding any matters.
They will need to keep up to date with processes, procedures in relation to Company Policy with regard to delivery, returns, etc.,
Keep the customers informed of the newest products, pricing and promotions.
Be able to relay to your team leader feedback, to improve customer and staff experiences.
Meet monthly goals set by team leader and be able to show how achieved increased customer satisfaction and sales, which will be their key objective along with processing orders ensuring delivery in a timely fashion, accurately as the customer would expect.
You will need to be able to complete tender documents and similar forms detailing to prospective customer our Company, its products and its processes/ethos.
Key skills would be good verbal and written communication, excellent listening skills, able to work in a team in what can be a fast paced environment with pressure on deadlines, have attention to detail, be able to problem solve, a skilled typist and good at multi tasking. A people person, experience in customer service with good phone etiquette.
