Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Telephone Sales Executive, duties include:
• Make outbound calls to customers for orders.
• Receive calls from customers.
• Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
• Routing for drivers ( training to be provided)
• Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure
• Sometimes might need to help pickers in the warehouse
No experience is required as Go Train will provide a fast, pre-employment training course. Training is funded and offered free to the individual.
Training is delivered in a virtual classroom in the safety of your own home. Classes are enjoyable and effective. You will have your own tutor and the opportunity to meet other learners virtually who are also training on line.
Please note that you will need to complete the training package below before being offered an interview.
