• Working in client and community centred practice
• Planned and carried out individually designed OT treatment programs for 201 Children with special needs(including learning disability, autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, locomotor disability, multiple disability) and 172 adult clients to maintain, improve or restore function to all ADL and IADL.

• Developed and carried out individual plans of care for 40+ adult patients aged 18-65 and children about 300 aged 3 to 15 in community and client-based set-up
• Started an online & offline group therapy session for school beneficiaries during holidays to have the continuity in therapies.
