• Helping with laundry and ironing.

• Monitor patients’ conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight.
• Comfort and safety.
• Communication with patients, relatives and carers.
• Assisting with clinical duties.
• Ensuring the client is safe and comfortable.
• Record daily tasks and any incidents on Access to Care Planning App.
• Work as part of a team, effectively communicating with Office Team as well as other Care Professionals.
