Y2 teacher needed for a larger than average primary school based in the North of Sheffield, easily accessible from the M1/ A1 motorway network. They are a new Academy (opened September 2013), which after a period of change are entering an exciting time as they look forward to a new Principal joining them in September.
The Academy serves an increasingly diverse community. With an age range of 3-11,
The Academy places children and their wellbeing at the heart of its work. We are on a journey of improvement- attendance is improving, the proportion of pupils making expected and greater than expected progress in reading, writing and math’s is improving and we are looking for creative and inspirational teachers to join us.
They are looking to appoint an outstanding Year 2 Classroom teacher who believes in raising standards and supporting all children to reach their potential; who is committed to team work and collaborative working and who wants to make a difference to the lives of all children in the community.
