Salary: £27,600 per year

Job Role: Workshop/Logistic Engineer 

Location: Newton Abbot 

Pay: up to £27,600 depending on experience 

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week 

Due to expansion, my client is looking for a Workshop/Logistic Engineer to join their busy service department. The company has a great reputation throughout Devon, Cornwall and Somerset providing sales and service of Copiers, Printers, Multi-functional devices and I.T Solutions.

 Workshop/Logistic Engineer – The Job Role 

. Assist in the refurbishment of multi-functional devices 

. Setting up new devices ready for installation 

. Assist with customer installations 

. General support to the service department 

. Deliveries of consumables to customer premises 

Workshop/Logistic Engineer – The Person 

The position is crucial to the smooth running of the business and is best suited for applicants who are technically minded with a logical thought process.

. Good communication skills 

. Highly motivated 

. A driven desire to learn new skills 

. Be able to work unsupervised or as part of a team 

. The ability to lift (within safe limits) 

. Hold a full UK driving licence and be confident driving a transit Luton-size delivery vehicle
