Workshop Fitter (Plant Equipment)

Salary: £36,000 – £38,400 per year

RSD are currently working with a large Heavy Plant hire company that have depots across the UK, the company hire a wide range of equipment from Breakers and concrete mixers to large Heavy Plant equipment such as excavators, rollers and bulldozers. They have a highly skilled team of Service Engineers who maintain the machinery all across the UK.

Required is a Workshop Engineer with experience in Plant to work within the Falkirk depot! The work will include repair and service of a wide range of machinery including dumpers, excavators and much more,.

The company are well known for developing engineers by their training plan, if you are string mechanically but lack electrical knowledge they will plan and train you on skill gaps.

Role & Responsibilities:

Carry out planned service and maintenance of Heavy Plant machinery.
Service, fault find and carry out breakdown repairs.
Comply with companies Health and Safety policy
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
