Workshop Controller
Salary £38,400 – £40,800 OTE
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller looking to join an established and successful franchise dealership.
Working as a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and motivating the service team. You will liaise with technicians, service advisors and customers when required ensuring the smooth running of the workshop.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you must monitor the technicians’ progress on issued jobs to maximise workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will have a strong knowledge of workshop procedures for internal, retail and warranty work and ensure that these processes are followed.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a franchised Dealership
* Excellent computer literacy and administration skills
* Great organisation and ability to communicate well
* Full UK driving licence
