Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor

Salary: £48,000 – £66,000 per year

Our client is a top 50 Law Firm and their Wills, Trusts and Probate Team need an additional Solicitor who will be an integral part of the local team and the wider National Department – lead by a well known solicitor in this sector.

They can offer you a wide range of opportunity and variety and there is scope for career progression and benefits not available from the old partnership model of legal firms.

The Role Is:

Preparation of Wills, Estate and Succession Planning and Estate Administration.

Who are we looking for?

Between 3 to 5 years PQE+ experience

With experience in dealing with: Wills, Probate matters, Inheritance tax issues, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and general elderly client issues.

You will be technically competent with a range of private client experience

You will have excellent client care skills and ability to manage client expectations

Being willing to assist the development of the department

Be a member of STEP or SFE (desirable, but this is not essential)
