We are currently seeking to recruit a Weighbridge Operator / Clerk with good communication skills, to coordinate & control vehicle movements on a 24/7 process plant. Our client is a small organisation, which specialise in providing renewable energy products to the National Grid.

As a Weighbridge Operator, you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring all vehicle details are recorded accurately on entry & exit of the site
* Filling out appropriate documentation & paperwork using a computer system
* Control of deliveries against schedule & verification of stock levels
* Managing vehicle movements and directing traffic where necessary
* Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
* Accurate data entry supporting other departments

To be considered for this position you must have GCSE Maths and English equivalent (Grade C or above), and be computer literate. Those with previous data entry / administration experience will have an advantage. Waste management or weighbridge experience is desirable but not essential.

This is a Monday to Friday (days) role, but the occasional Saturday may also be required.

The package on offer for this position includes a salary ranging from £26,000. The site is based in Billingshurst, West Sussex. A driving licence is desirable due to the location of the site.
