Weekend Customer Service Advisor

Dandara Living is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join the Leeds branch of our build-to-rent division on a weekend contract, to cover the  front desk of our luxury apartment complex.

Working Pattern – Saturday 1pm-7pm, Sunday 8am-1pm and Monday 1pm-7pm

About the role

The successful Customer Service Advisor will be based on our Leodis Square development, consisting of 744 stunning apartments, you can read more about this here: https://(url removed)/developments/leodis-square

What you will do:

• Book in and conduct apartment viewings; move-in appointments, inventories, inspections, and meter readings.
• Collate all legal paperwork before the move-in date eg Right to Rent / KYC Identification this is not on the JD
• Deal with, record and monitor all resident/guest enquiries ie maintenance issues, issuing keys/replacements, parking, noise complaints etc please remove parking from this it’s misleading
• Book and manage resident amenity spaces – keeping them tidy and presentable.
• Deal with incoming and outgoing post – important here that it still mentions parcels
• Update site-wide communications/residents’ portal as required.
• Assist on open days and residential events
• Carry security walks as and when required

What you will have:

Desirable

• Experience in a customer service or hospitality environment
• Experience using booking systems

Essential

• Flexible to suit the needs of the business
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, people and Microsoft office skills i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong conflict management and ability to defuse difficult situations
• Strong organisation, prioritsing and decision -making skills
