Water Treatment Service Chemist

Our client is a reputable company in the water treatment/hygiene industry and provides high quality services to clients across the UK. Due to business needs, they are seeking to employ a focused Water Treatment Service Chemist to cover various contracts in Surrey and the surrounding areas.

Ideally, the candidate must come from a strong water treatment chemical/chemistry background.
Carrying out chemical analysis on cooling towers and steam boilers
Must have proven experience working within this role and within the water treatment/hygiene industry.
A good knowledge of legislation within the water treatment/hygiene industry – ACOP L8 is required.
Have a flexible approach and good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Some risk assessing will be required.
Providing recommendations and prices for remedial works and carrying out such works based on the risk assessments.
Must be prepared to travel extensively.
