Salary: £30,000 – £34,800 per year
I am currently recruiting for the position of Water Quality Technician for a major FTSE 100 utilities company based in Leicester. The role sits in our Water Treatment and Quality team who work to improve water quality compliance through pro-active and reactive management.
Responsibilities
* To provide support on water quality customer contact issues
* Investigate customer complaints related to distribution systems
* Provide root cause analysis and identify short and long term solutions
* Provide customer feedback and manage expectations
About you
* Excellent numeric and analytical skills
* Excellent IT skills
* Strong communication skills – able to deal with customer issues of a complex nature
* Scientific or analytical background
