Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client is a very successful engineering company, based on the outskirts of Burton. They are currently looking to appoint a Warranty Processor to add to their team. This is a very busy and involved role which will entail carrying out the following duties:
- Receiving engineers’ job details which includes hours, parts, costs, photos, etc and entering onto the system
- Arranging billing for any jobs which aren’t accepted under warranty conditions
- Providing further evidence to adjudicators including photos, chasing service managers, suppliers, etc
- Filing, answering the phone, addressing queries, etc
- Ad hoc duties as required
This is a very involved role requiring someone with an enquiring mind who isn’t afraid to challenge decisions. You will need excellent communication skills and have an eye for detail. If you can use SAP that would also be very useful.
