Working within the successful delivery team in a customer-focussed environment, you will work with a caseload of learners who have an aspiration to gain employment within the Retail environment, by providing a professional and effective learning experience.

This role is key in ensuring all learners receive appropriate guidance and support in line with funding and awarding bodies, as well as take responsibility for training new Warehouse Tutors and support the Programme Development Team with any developments in the Warehouse programme.

The successful candidate will hold qualifications as minimum level above those of what you are teaching, with Maths and English qualifications at level 2 or above. Strong knowledge of the Warehouse sector is essential, as is an understanding of the current training / adult education market. We are looking for an excellent communicator, who can work collaboratively with a team and support and coach team members successfully. A CTTLS qualification is desirable.

Access to a vehicle and the ability to travel to a variety of locations is essential for the role.
