Warehouse Supervisor

The role

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will oversee and coordinate the activities of your team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.

Your tasks

•    Leading and managing and team to achieve and exceed SLAs •    Distributing work orders and ensuring the workload of the employees
•    Steering, coordinating, and implementing processes as well as planning the daily business activities
•    First point of contact for all process and technical faults and forwarding of reports to the involved departments
•    Identifying issues or problems and initiating corrective measures and success control
•    Ensuring SLA compliance
•    Working in the SAP system
•    Participating in resource planning (staff and infrastructure)
•    Creating and evaluating reports
•    Ensuring the quality and service level specifications
•    People management activities

Your profile

Someone who has the ability and desire to lead and motivate a team and has some knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems. Thrives on working in a fast-paced and pressurised environment, being reliable and punctual, and having a flexible approach to work. You will be energetic and enthusiastic with a results-driven, continuous approach. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills will be key as there will be regular interaction with the customer.

Salary – £31,650

Shift Available – Afternoons (14:00 – 22:30) Nights (22:00 – 06:00)
