Salary: £33,600 – £36,000 per year
Our client is setting up a post Brexit customs clearance depot/warehouse and is looking for a number of proactive and diligent workers with excellent customer service skills to join the team to include a Customs/Warehouse Site Manager.
You will need to come from a freight/warehouse/customs and operational background with extensive experience with yard management and a level of UK Customs knowledge.
This Senior and pivotal role will include organising and planning shift rotas, managing staff performance levels as well as the being involved with the recruitment of warehouse and customs clearance staff where necessary.
You will be used to managing daily and weekly operational challenges in a fast paced environment whilst ensuring Client Service Level Agreements are met and providing support to Warehouse and Customs Clearance teams where necessary.
