Warehouse Operative with FLT Counterbalance Licence Location: Coventry, CV2 Salary: £16 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Contract type: Temp to Perm Opportunity

The Role Empowered Personnel are recruiting a Warehouse Operative with a Counterbalance FLT licence to join our client in Coventry (CV2). This is a hands-on warehouse role with a primary focus on picking, packing and goods in/out, combined with administrative tasks to support the sales and engineering teams. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a motivated, organised individual with excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities : – Picking and packing customer orders accurately – Goods in and goods out

duties – Operating a Counterbalance FLT when required – Updating stock and orders using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) – Sending emails and liaising with the sales and engineering teams – Supporting general warehouse administration The Ideal Candidate: – Holds a valid and externally accredited Counterbalance FLT licence – Previous warehouse

experience is essential – Good administration

skills and comfortable using WMS or computer systems – Excellent written and verbal communication
