Job Description:

Our client, a fast growing outsourcing company, is looking for a Warehouse Operative to work on one of their client sites.

Your duties include:

– Receiving deliveries and putting stock away

– Issue stock products

– Assist customers in the selection of goods

– Source and price goods for ‘special’ orders, and to raise purchase orders

– Conduct rotational stock checks as required

– Identify cost saving measures that will benefit the Customer

– Drive continuous improvements to the engineering stores.

Experience Required:

– Knowledge of Industrial Consumables / MRO market and engineering products

– Experience of Stock Management Processes

– Previous experience in a commercial, distribution, industrial or engineering environment

– A forklift truck license is desirable but not essential
