Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm

ByBox is the UK market leader for field service solutions, specialising in delivering items pre-8am into its network of 18000 lockers at 1500 locations across the UK. Our operation runs 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with a first-time delivery success rate of 99.77%, making it one of the most robust, reliable and flexible delivery systems in the UK.

Our distribution centres are vital areas of our business – which means that high-quality warehouse operatives are essential. Reporting to DC Supervisors, our warehouse operatives ensure that all items are sorted, packed, and dispatched in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). The role is varied, and you may find yourself working alone with our third party contractors who provide our in-night delivery service.

Hours: 7am to 1pm Tuesday to Saturday – 30 hours a week.

As a ByBox warehouse operative, you will be confident working both within a team and on your own. You will be committed and enthusiastic, with a passion to be successful. You will be flexible to work across all areas of the DC, with a thorough understanding of service logistics. Our DC operatives need to possess a positive customer-facing attitude, and have at least one year’s experience of working within a warehousing or transport environment.

The services provided by ByBox Field Support are those of an employment business.
