Full-time Warehouse Operative/Relief Driver – Aylesbury

Manpower UK are pleased to announce that we are now recruiting for a Full-Time Yard Operative to join our plant and tool hire client based in Aylesbury. This is a brand new position with an immediate start and we are looking for somebody that lives locally, has work experience driving a van for business purposes, and is physically fit due to the nature of the role. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – 08.30 – 17:30 with occasional weekends

Salary: £26,000per year/25K per year depending on experience

Main duties will include:

• Assisting in the day to day operations of the company
• Loading and unloading company/customers vehicles with stock
• Cleaning machinery/vehicles to a high standard
• Cover as a Relief Delivery Driver when short on staff or during peak season, delivering boxes of equipment/tools to commercial businesses/building sites
• Moving small plant machinery around the yard
• Loading and unloading delivery vans at various points of the day
• Helping out in the office with admin duties as and when required
• Maintaining cleanliness of the yard and warehouse at all times to a high H&S standard

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Over 21 years of age due to insurance purposes
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Forklift Licence holder advantageous (but not essential)
