Warehouse Operative / Drivers Mate

Salary: £26,000 per year

Our small but expanding client is looking to recruit an experienced warehouse operative/driver mate to join their team at their new site in Swindon.

Applicants will be required to assist with the day to day running of the warehouse, with tasks including:

Loading and unloading goods

Picking items ready for delivery

Printing labels

Stock rotation and replenishment

General housekeeping

Assisting with deliveries/installing items at customers delivery site

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a warehouse working environment, exceptional customer service and work ethic, good levels of communication, literacy and numeracy, be willing to work hard within a small team or individually and show willingness to go the extra mile.

Candidates with a driving licence would hold an advantage as some days when it is quieter, you may be sent out to deliver goods to customers. However, this is not a necessity.

Hours of work are 08:00-16:00 with 30 minutes for lunch. However, during peak periods you may be required to work longer days.

Salary: £26,000per year, with overtime available if you work on a weekend or beyond 18:00 on a weekday.
