On behalf of our client, a global distributor with an excellent reputation within industrial and commercial industries, we have a new opportunity for a Junior Warehouse Operative based in the Dromore, Banbridge, Lurgan, Lisburn area. Due to location, it is advisable that applicants have their own mode of transport.

This is a full time, permanent role and we are hoping the person can start as soon as possible. The hours of work are 7am – 4.30pm (alternatively 7.30 to 5pm) with 1-hour total break per day (15 minutes at 10am and 45 minutes at 1pm), Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this will involve picking and packing engineering typed items, as well as goods in and putting away items. You will also be trained to operate a forklift and the organisation will put you through the licence.

You will need:

• Previous experience as a warehouse operative is not essential.
• Good attention to detail and organised.
• Excellent communication skills- written and spoken.
• A degree of fitness to enable manual handling.
• Willingness to learn to drive a forklift.
• A team player.
