Warehouse Operative

We have a temporary opportunity to stock a new store ahead of opening for one of the UK’s leading retailers. Candidates will ideally have previous labouring experience as the position will include unloading containers and moving heavy loads making the role physically demanding. A flexible approach to working hours is also required

The role will include unloading containers of complete pallets and railed goods whilst working as part of a team. Duties must be carried out quickly, efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handballing stock as per customer specification
* Moving products around from containers into the store warehouse and shop floor
* General warehouse duties
* Efficient, reliable care of customer products on arrival

Essentials:

* Passed DBS (Criminal Record) Check with documentation to prove.
* Experience working in a similar position
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Excellent Numeracy and Literacy skills
* Flexible approach to working hours – start times from 5am
