Warehouse Operative

Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year

Immediate Start – Urgent Vacancy

We have an immediate role with a key client of ours.

The role will be based at Stakehill Industrial Estate, Touchet Hall Rd, Middleton,

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be working in a busy facility – a good working environemnt.

You will be occasionally required to safely load and unload a distribution van as applicable. You may also be required to assist in the storage and helping to facilite the storage and delivery of glass to customers premises and sites as required.

As a front-line representative of the company you will have to be professional and well presented at all times. In addition, you will also be required to:

·Undertake any additional duties at any given time on any given day.

·Accurately locate, identify, pick and load parts onto vans as required

·Work out the most economical routes and plan delivery runs efficiently

·Ensure all paperwork is completed as per procedure

·Where applicable check emails and ensure most up to date requests are met

·Undertake all training as required by the company

·Any other additional duties as assigned by the supervisors, Managers, Senior Managers and Directors as required

Desired Criteria

·Be a good team player

·Have a flexible approach to working

·Good levels of reliability

·Must hold Full UK driving license

Hours of Work: 41.25 hours per week

Holiday: 22 days plus Bank Holidays, increasing with Length of Service from 3 years
