Warehouse Shift Supervisor

We are currently supporting the recruitment of a number of warehouse shift supervisors. These roles will cover primarily the NIGHT SHIFT patterns, however we do have some AM and PM shifts available and primarily be focused around ensuring the speedy and accurate despatch of goods from warehouse to customer. Our client offers a competitive starting salary, paid overtime and excellent benefits package.

We are seeking candidates with the following skills and attributes.

* Experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Transportation
* Previous leadership experience
* Experience of working in a KPI driven environment
* Able to analyse and action KPI’s and data
* Able to juggle several balls without dropping them
* Flexible to undertake extra duties and shifts as needed
* A real commitment to customer service
* A desire to build a career in a growing, dynamic and hugely successful business
* First class communications skills both written and verbal
