Warehouse Manager

Salary: £26,000 – £26,325 per year

Direct Response are delighted to be supporting our client in Lacock in the recruitment of a Warehouse Manager on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years progressive experience of leading and managing a warehouse team within a food manufacturing environment have experience in promoting health and safety in the work environment. You must have good knowledge of stock control methods and procedures. We are looking for a self motivated individual who has the ability to work under pressure and has excellent organisation skills.
The role involves supervising the day to day running of the unloading/loading and booking operation within the department ensuring unloading and loading KPI’s at all times. You will continually review existing methods of the loading/unloading operation in order to propose efficiencies. Must be forward thinking and highlight any discrepancies. Conduct full and accurate stock counts at the request of the business and reconciliation methods must be adopted.
You will ensure that all staff completes all activities and documentation, in accordance with departmental requirement, relevant SOP’s and GMP.
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 40 hours per week.
