Warehouse Operative

Our warehouse teams deal with picking and packing the right products and making sure they all get to the right stores at the right time. It’s a vital part of our supply chain and it makes for fast-moving, busy and varied work.

The things you’ll be doing:

• Collecting, moving and stacking products. It’s not like running a marathon, but you’ll still be on your feet and doing plenty of bending and lifting, so you’ll need a reasonable level of fitness.
• Using all our handling equipment (don’t worry, we’ll fully train you on how to use all the equipment safely and effectively.
• You’ll be ‘picking’ goods by Store or product group and there are standards of performance required within each Depot, so you’ll need to be able to work under pressure and follow procedure.
• Occasionally you might feel like you’re working alone using our systems but don’t worry we will give you clear instructions on what you need to do

Start Times are: 1500 – 2300
Thursday, Friday and Saturday or Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
