Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year

Vehicle Preparation Coordinator – Doncaster

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1700

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Vehicle Preparation Coordinator role:

• Accepting, signing in, and appraising all vehicles prior to going through the preparation process
• Managing the stock to ensure the vehicles are parked in the correct locations
• Working closely with both the Service and Sales Departments and notifying teams of vehicle arrivals, timeframes for preparation ready for collection
• Managing and recording Part Ex vehicles ready for auction
• Moving vehicles around the site in a safe and professional manner
• You will be ensuring that all paperwork inside the vehicle is current, i.e., registration, insurance, logbook. Strong administration skills and housekeeping

Vehicle Preparation Coordinator Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar role.
• UK driving licence.
• Good organisational skills.
• Professional and presentable individual.
