Shifts; Early – 8:00am-3:00pm & Late – 3:00pm-10:00pm (long days also available)

Pay rate £10.72 per hour effective from 1st April 2023

Enhanced rate of pay for evenings and weekends

Enhanced rate of pay for overtime (over 35hrs per week)

Role Overview:

We are currently recruiting genuinely caring, hands on Support Workers for our 10 bed Adult Residential Service, Parkbrook Lodge in Denstone, Staffordshire, and here we provide care and support to adults with a range of learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

Our teams provide exceptional care and support, working with individuals to understand their needs and help them to achieve their goals and ambitions. The role of a support worker is very rewarding, but it can be challenging at times, so patience and compassion are key. At the end of your day, you’ll go home with the biggest smile on your face knowing you’ve made a difference to someone’s life.
