What you’ll do as a Business Development Advisor

We’re driven to find the best solutions for all our customers, and you’ll help to make that happen.

You’ll make outbound calls to new customers introducing them to our products
Explaining the service and savings they can expect from Inspire Payments
You’ll set appointments for our Business Development Managers, who can then advise them on bespoke card payment solutions
You’ll achieve all of this as part of a wider team that’s inclusive, celebrates each other’s success together and supports all of us to be the best we can be
Whether you are looking to make your first steps into an exciting career in sales or have previous experience in the sales industry, this is the ideal role for you. You will be provided with all the training, coaching and support to give you the skills and knowledge you’ll need to take advantage of our uncapped commission scheme.

Experience and Skills Required

Previous experience in B2B appointment setting, telesales or cold calling role preferred
Demonstrable experience in a contact centre or telephone-based role
Excellent communication skills
I.T. literate
Proactive attitude and desire to continuously develop knowledge
Driven and motivated and, even if you fail, you pick yourself up, learn from it and turn it into a success next time
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence confidently across all levels
You want to learn everything you can to keep building your career and always willing to try something new
You love working with people, whether it’s building great relationships with teammates or providing an amazing service for customers
