As a Sales Support Advisor you will be responsible for completing a wide variety of administrative tasks to support our busy sales teams. You’ll be responsible for responding to calls and emails within SLA as well as making outbound calls to customer to ensure their equipment has been delivered or to obtain addition information and documents where required.

You’ll work closely with the sales team to provide sales agents and partners with pricing, contracts, and account information not readily available to them.

This is a great opportunity to develop and enhance your administration skills and work with a wide variety of teams and colleagues.

Develop an in-depth knowledge of sales process across all Verastar sales channels
Provide support to sales colleagues to ensure compliance to correct sales processes
Audit customer contracts to ensure they adhere to R.O.C.O (receipt of clean order process)
Support new channel partner organisations through the sales on-boarding process
Act as a sales support and administration point of contact for existing channel partners
Act as an inter-departmental liaison point for the P.B.T.S (pass back to sales) process
Ensure all sales activity complies with regulatory standards, GDPR and quality policies
Utilise performance data to identify challenges, trends and improvement opportunities
Create excellent working relationships across the Verastar colleague community
What you need to have already done to be right for this role

A minimum of 12-months demonstrable success in a high-volume desk-based B2B sales, sales support, or customer service role
Experience of working with multiple products, price, and contract terms with customers
A basic level of understanding of B2B sales processes
A basic understanding of regulatory requirements impacting B2B sales organisations
Computer literate with experience of sales CRM, and/or Lead Management systems, preferred but not essential.
