Location: London (N1 9NL) with Hybrid working (other locations would be considered) – with regular travel to Paris.

What you’ll be doing;

 

This is a key and exciting role, within a team of 15 likeminded experts. As a ServiceNow Application Architect, you will be responsible for evolving the core model application architecture of the globally used platform. Acting in collaboration with the development manager for technical platform compliance (fitness for use) and product owner for function and process (fitness for purpose).

 

Working extensively with customers to understand their specific needs, create the solution proposal, define requirements on the ServiceNow platform, and work with the DSM CoE delivery teams to guide work through the agile delivery pipeline.
Maintain product lifecycle governance processes, and collaborate with transversal functions to maintain offer compliance (Contract Management, Digital Solutions).
Measure your product adoption (value) and use, Communicate strategy about your product (via events, training, product pages, etc.), to support the marketing strategy with ongoing ‘return on experience’ (REX) case studies
To maintain the delivery and support model and deploy your product in the BUs, following a deployment plan, check if the delivery and support model is working well. If not, it has to be adapted to ensure product adoption during the deployment.
Maintain close integration with other Group Veolia teams and core technologies in use in IS&T.
