Project Administrator – Fixed Term Contract

Salary: Competitive plus Veolia benefits and pension

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Location: London, Cannock, (flexible on base location – hybrid Working, with travel throughout the UK as required).

Contract: 6 – 12 month contract with possibility of extension.

What you’ll be doing as the Project Administrator;
Manage the purchase order and invoicing processes.
Collecting, tracking and answering all customer queries.
Collecting, organising and storing efficiently all documentation in respect to compliance and security.
Support the contract manager in report preparation and tracker maintenance.

The above are a summary of main duties only, other duties may be required to meet the changing nature of operational activities.

What we’re looking for;
Previous Administrative experience
Strong attention to detail.
Understanding of the Veolia Systems (ELEMOS, WIMS) would be an advantage.
Reporting & presentation skills.
