We are Ventro, a market leading fire safety company, that are currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Senior Sales Manager who thrives within a forward-thinking environment to help manage and inspire our growing team!

As a Senior Sales Manager you will:

· Meet and exceed targets through your sales performance and that of your team, who are responsible at reporting directly to you.

· Providing coaching, leadership and development to support your team.

· Attend appointments booked, identify opportunities and provide solutions based on client need and help with closing deals.

· Use of CRM system to track opportunities

· Develop new accounts and build relationships with the clients.

· Prepare and deliver presentations via video conferencing platforms & face-to-face.

· Meet monthly and team sales targets and drive the motivation within the team.

In return for this we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who has:

A strong sales background
Previous team managerial experience
