• Salary – £33,000 – £40,000
• Holidays: 25 days plus 8 Bank Holidays (including statutory holidays)

Responsibilities:

• Paint vehicles to a high standard
• Preparing the bodywork of the car. Prepare vehicles, apply masking and polish
• Observe all health and safety precautions and regulations and make use of all PPE
• Prepare paint spraying equipment
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment and working areas
• Storing paints in the correct conditions
• Managing inventory of paints and equipment
• Learning and applying Liquid Paint Protection Films in clear and colour format
• Masking relevant panels prior to paint.

Essential Skills:

• Must be a confident and highly skilled Paint Sprayer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Ability to prep, mask and polish
• Be comfortable working on vehicles of high value
• Ability to paint vehicles to a high standard
• Good understanding of colour, colour matching and characteristics of various coatings and finishes
• Must be well organised and have great time management skills
• You must hold a full clean UK driver’s license and be willing to meet tight deadlines by working additional hours where required
