About the Job
As an experienced VDA Estimator, the purpose of your role is to assess a wide range of vehicles, using Audatex to calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally.
You will liaise regularly with insurance engineers and customers. Create accurate damage assessments to BSI PAS 10125 standards, using the correct repair methods.
You will preferably have an ATA qualification in Estimating however this is not essential, and we are happy to support training and development.
About You
As an experienced VDA, you will have a working knowledge of estimating costs for large scale damages, and have experience and confidence in using Audatex.
You will be able to:
- Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are repaired to the agreed service level agreements (SLA’S)
- Work to a high standard in a fast paced environment
- Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers specifications
- Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
- Be flexible in your approach
- Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
