Salary: £26,000 per year
We are delighted to be working with one of our long-lasting customers as we look to recruit a full time Van driver on a temp to perm basis.
Candidates must have exceptional customer service as you will be the front of the business when delivering products. You must have good geographical knowledge and understanding of the UK roads, clean and full UK licence (Minimum of 6 points for minor offences) with no bans and be over the age of 25 due to insurance purposes.
There will be manual handling involved as you will be required to load and unload the vehicles daily. This will include lifting loads up to 25KG.
Deliveries will be up and down the country, including London and surrounding areas. You may require staying out overnight some weeks, but you will be put up in a hotel paid for by the company.
Hours of work vary depending on your working day. Typical start time will be between 05:00-06:00 daily.
Rate of pay is £26,000per year with overtime available after 38.5 hours.
This will lead to a full-time permanent position for the right person.
