Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
A truly fabulous opportunity for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional looking to for an opportunity to get into the space industry
As UK Internal Recruiter / Talent Manager you will be leading activities in the UK on 6 month contract
As UK Internal Recruitment / Talent Manager you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish as well as proactively sourcing candidates for open positions.
* Daily management of all open vacancies
* Keeping the process moving quickly and ensuring progression and feedback is timely
* Weekly update meetings with senior management and the Engineering Director
* Continuous Review of recruitment process and implement improvements
* Arranging interviews and sending out invites etc
* Dealing with new vacancies including planning out each recruitment campaign and working closely with managers to understand requirements of job
* Searching LinkedIn recruiter for suitable profiles and in-mail suitable candidates
* Screening CVs on behalf of managers in line with salary, relocation, availability etc
* Holding pre-screening interviews with candidates who are going to final interview
* Communicating with the agencies on our PSL regarding our open vacancies
To be considered for the role UK Internal Recruitment / Talent Manager you will:
* Have previous experience recruiting for engineering vacancies
* Have good level of education
* Be an experienced LinkedIn Recruiter
* Have excellent communication skills to speak with Managers, agencies, and candidates
* Have Excellent organisation and coordination skills
* Have previous experience using an applicant tracking system
