Civils Supervisor

Trant Engineering Ltd has a long history of engineering and construction excellence, delivering high quality EPC engineering and construction services throughout the UK and overseas. We successfully deliver complex turnkey engineering projects in sectors such as Process & Water, Energy, Defence, Oil & Gas and Nuclear.

We have a requirement to for a Civil Supervisor to join us at our site on the South coast of Dorset where we are responsible for groundworks, steelworks, concreting, tarmacking and as well as some building cladding.

Reporting to the site manager, duties include but are not limited to:

Supervision of gangs of direct and subcontract labour
Works Management
Promotion of safety within safety critical environment
Holding permits to work
Requirements:

CSCS
SSSTS
Civil Engineering construction experience is essential: excavations, concrete slabs, etc.
Applicants will need to be reliable and responsible with a good awareness of health and safety in the workplace and a strong work ethic
Relevant trade qualifications a bonus
Appropriate machine tickets (dumper, roller, forklift, 360, etc.) are a bonus but not essential.
