There is now a vacancy for a Training Manager to join a leading company in Medway, Kent. As Training Manager you will be offered a salary in the region of £38,400 + bonus + pension + life assurance + healthcare.
The role would suit a Lead Instructor or Deputy who is looking to take the next step in their career.
You will be joining a highly respected, well-established firm that works with a number of global engineering organisations. You will have experience of running and organising engineering training programmes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing 1st-year apprentice programmes
• Curriculum management
• Supervise technical assessors
• Staff appraisals
• Recruitment
Skills and Experience required:
• Experience of running training programmes
• Ideally have a technical background
• Ability to supervise assessors
• Good communication skills
• Competent IT skills
