The Vacancy
Our client is a provider of outsourced services to the FM + Security market. Services include recruitment, compliance consulting, vetting and training. They are seeking an experienced security trainer to join their team of national trainers to deliver training to multiple clients in the security sector.

Responsibilities:
You will be the face of the company regarding all things training and development with allocated clients.
Ensuring all client security staff trained to legal requirements (from entrance SIA licence to ongoing requirements)
Identifying training needs as well as responding to training requests
Deliver adhoc training such as Health + Safety, Manual handling, Customer service etc.
Preparation + administration of courses
Preparation of reports to line manager (and client)
