Trainee Water Treatment Account Manager

Our client has growth plans to be the leading Total Environmental Solutions supplier within the UK. As a result of their continued success, they have formed strategic partnerships with leading suppliers to provide a “one-stop shop” approach combining dedicated project management and consultancy.

They now have exciting opportunities for Trainee Account Managers/Sales Engineers to join their South Eastern team, carrying out work around the London, Surrey, and Hampshire region.
This role is aimed at the graduates with in house and industry training provided.

The role will involve shadowing Account Managers, Sales and Onsite Service Staff to familiarise yourself with the sites, tasks and processes. These processes would include site & software packages.

The successful individuals will be allocated a number of sites which you would visit, maintain, audit and take ownership of. You would be responsible for records and recommendations for the sites direct to the clients.

Training would include:
H&S training
Legionella Awareness
Identifying Closed Systems
Identifying Domestic Systems
Closed System Sampling & Analysis
Domestic System Sampling
Chemical Identification, handling, usage and dose levels
Foundation Course in Water Treatment Chemistry
Cleaning & Disinfection
Cooling & Boiler Water Chemistry Part 1
Temperature Monitoring, Sampling & Inspection of Water Systems for Technicians
Management and Control of Closed Systems
Thermostatic Mixing Valves Training Course
Management and Maintenance of Pool Systems Training Course

The role would be part site, part office with an approx 70/30 split

They would be provided a vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, expenses & test kit to carry out these works.

Entry level salary would be £26,000per annum rising to £ 19,500.00 in the second year.

The successful candidate(s) would not be expected to undertake any cold calling and would be provided with a portfolio of sites.
