Trainee Sales Executive – Healthcare

The role:

This role is required within one of the most successful parts of the business. The right candidate will have a genuine opportunity to develop this role into a field based sales role and beyond. Role Duties Include:

Outbound calls to new clients
Proactively identifying new clients, their needs and expectations in order to promote benefits of the products available to businesses
Educating businesses about the features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
Consistently maintain self-motivation in order to achieve targets and to meet personal and business goals
To achieve personal quality, productivity and sales targets/objectives in the areas of call handling and customer service
Answer all queries or problems
Record information accurately onto the company’s system and carry out all required administration to a high standard
To actively contribute and participate towards personal continued development
Candidates must ideally have:
Some previous sales experience from any industry
A solid work history
A tenacious attitude and be hungry to succeed
