Trainee Sales Executive

Salary: £36,000 per year

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding company specialising in sustainability and energy efficiency within the new build property industry. Due to expansion, they are seeking a Sales Account Manager within their National sales team. Excellent working environment as well as a competitive basic salary of £36,000per annum is on offer as well as a bonus scheme with an OTE of approx. £40k in your first year.

To be successful for this role you will have some experience in business-to-business consultative sales. You will enjoy building strong business relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term client relationship. You will have some previous sales experience either gained over the phone or face to face. A positive approach as well as self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed in sales is essential.

Your key responsibilities will include growing the sales revenue within existing accounts through a combination of telephone conversations, email and face to face communication. You will strategically plan the long-term development of your accounts to benefit the customer and the business.
